Job summary

Targeted Provision is offering SEND Tutor and Teacher roles across the UK, with in-person, hybrid, and remote opportunities. You’ll support disengaged and vulnerable learners, delivering trauma-informed maths, English, or science tuition in collaboration with schools and local authorities.

We welcome experienced tutors with QTS or QTLS who are committed to flexible schedules, CPD mentoring, and safeguarding. Positions are self-employed and designed to fit around your availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
• QTS / QTLS qualification required
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ references needed
• UK-based with right to work, including for remote roles
• Knowledge of safeguarding and safe learning environments

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition for SEND/Special Education needs
• Support pupils referred by local authorities with flexible, trauma-informed tutoring
• Plan lessons and provide regular progress feedback
• Contribute to raising education standards for SEND and SEMH learners
