Shropshire Bus Enhanced Partnership is seeking a full-time Science teacher to start January 2027 at our specialist SEMH school. The post is graded M1 – UPS1, with an 8.15am–4.15pm pattern Monday–Thursday and 8.15am–3.45pm Friday.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality science teaching to neurodivergent learners, using trauma-informed approaches and creative methods to engage pupils and raise outcomes for post-16 independence.

Qualifications

• Track record of high-quality teaching in a SEMH setting.
• Ability to adapt and support neurodivergent learners.
• Experience designing inclusive science curricula.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality science lessons to SEMH students.
• Collaborate to develop the science curriculum across year groups.
• Support students to achieve independence and post-16 outcomes.
