YourRecruit Ltd in Waterlooville is recruiting two Residential Support Workers for a full-time role with a 39-hour week and a sleep-in element, on a 7-day rota. You will support children who have experienced trauma, building trust and promoting independence.

The position offers training, progression opportunities and a supportive management team. Prior care experience is preferred, with flexibility for weekends.

• Experience in children's residential care or a similar care setting.
• Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people.
• Flexible to work long shifts, weekends and sleep-ins.
