Job summary

YourRecruit Ltd is recruiting Residential Support Workers for a warm, nurturing children’s home in Waterlooville. You will provide a safe environment and build positive relationships to support wellbeing.

The role is 39 hours per week, full-time and permanent, with long shifts and sleep-ins. Compensation includes £14.45 per hour plus £3,000-£6,000 per year in sleep-in payments, and sleep-in rate £62.64 per sleep-in, plus ongoing training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people.
• Experience in children’s residential care or relevant care setting preferred.
• Compassionate, resilient and patient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work long shifts, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
