Job summary

S.N.G HEALTHCARE LIMITED invites applications for the Registered Manager position at a children’s residential home in Andover. The role oversees day-to-day operations, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance to deliver a safe, therapeutic environment for young people with complex needs.

You will lead a dedicated team, work with therapists and external professionals, and ensure high standards of care, with a focus on outcomes and welfare. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior role within children's residential in the last 5 years.
• At least 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is required.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child protection.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the home with a focus on high standards of care and safeguarding.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
• Lead and develop a dedicated team and collaborate with therapists and external professionals.
• Create a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing environment for young people to thrive and achieve positive outcomes.
