Heart & Home Living seeks a calm, trauma‑informed Home Manager for a residential children’s home in Kettering. Requires 2+ years’ Registered Manager experience with a GOOD OFSTED rating and NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).

You’ll lead a care team, ensure OFSTED compliance, and develop personalised safety and development plans. Salary from £60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

2+ years as a Registered Manager in children’s care with a GOOD OFSTED rating.
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
Knowledge of EBD and childcare legislation.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and lead a care team.
Ensure OFSTED compliance and statutory regulations.
Develop and deliver personalised care and safety plans.
Model trauma-informed leadership and manage crises calmly.
