Job summary

Nottinghamshire County Council's Adoption East Midlands team seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a trauma-informed MDT supporting adopted children and families. The role involves consultation with families and social workers, developing therapeutic plans and delivering training across partner agencies.

You will travel across the D2N2 region, contribute to the Whole School Approach and support multi-agency reflection groups. A collaborative, reflective practitioner is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Experience in trauma-informed practice is essential.
• Strong understanding of sensory needs and how they affect children and families.
• Ability to collaborate with social workers, families and professionals.

Responsibilities
