Job summary

Creative Support is seeking Female Waking Night Support Workers for our Preston Trauma Service. The role supports two women transitioning from long stay mental health institutions to community living, operating 24/7 in a trauma-informed, person-centred approach.

You will help maintain structure, routines, and wellbeing, while facilitating activities and daily tasks, ensuring a calm, safe environment and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Support women with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and trauma histories to achieve goals in a calm, safe environment.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote independence in home and community settings.
