Caring for Communities and People (CCP) is seeking a Night Support Worker to provide practical and emotional support to young adults aged 18–25 in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. The role requires empathy, resilience and the ability to build trust in a trauma-informed way, on a full-time rota with 12-hour night shifts (8pm–8:15am) and a pro-rata option for part-time/bank hours.

Competenze

• Experience working as a night support worker or life experience in the area is welcome.
• Able to work on a rota basis including night shifts (8pm–8:15am) and 12-hour shifts.
• Trauma-informed approach and ability to build strong relationships with individuals.
