Red Snapper Recruitment LTD is seeking a Modern Slavery Outreach Advocate to support adults and families recovering from exploitation in the West Midlands. Regular travel across the West Midlands and a valid vehicle are essential.

Salary £25,287.91–£27,993.98 per annum; 37.5 hours weekly. You will manage caseloads, provide practical, emotional and advocacy support, and work with partner agencies to secure housing, healthcare and legal advice while safeguarding clients and meeting performance

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting vulnerable people in needs-led services.
• Experience completing risk assessments and developing support plans.
• Knowledge of safeguarding adults and children.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage a varied caseload of survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking.
• Complete risk and needs assessments and develop person-centred support plans.
• Support clients through the National Referral Mechanism (NRM) process.
• Provide practical and emotional support to promote recovery and independence.
• Work in partnership with statutory and voluntary organisations to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet contractual performance targets.
• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure access to services.
• Promote safeguarding and ensure risks are identified and addressed.
