You will work with a passionate team to re-engage learners, manage behaviours, and record progress with trauma-informed approaches and strong emotional resilience.

Qualifications

• Provide consistent, trauma-informed support and lead activities for a group.
• Proven ability to promote learning and record progress.
• Demonstrate emotional resilience and professional maturity.
• Commitment to trauma-informed care principles.
• GCSE Maths and English at 4/C or above.
• Undergo a full enhanced DBS check.
• Experience supporting SEMH needs in care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, trauma-informed emotional and educational support.
• De-escalate high-pressure situations and manage challenging behaviours.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster a secure environment.
• Implement professional boundaries to build student trust.
