Qualifications

• Provide consistent, trauma-informed emotional and educational support.
• Lead activities and supervise a small team.
• Assess and record student progress.
• Must pass enhanced DBS check.
• Experience supporting SEMH needs such as foster care or care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, trauma-informed emotional and educational support.
• De-escalate high-pressure situations and manage challenging behaviours.
