Park House School in Taunton, Somerset, is seeking Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to support teaching and learning in a therapeutic, child-centred environment.

You will work alongside qualified teachers and specialists within a Thrive-based approach, helping pupils aged 8 to 19 overcome barriers to education and reach their full potential through enrichment activities and targeted support.

Qualifications

• Good written and IT skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, colleagues and external professionals.
• Strong listening skills.
• Valid Driving Licence.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning in the classroom and through enrichment activities.
