Oasis Project is seeking a Family Team Recovery Worker to support women and families affected by substance use. You will provide structured help within a trauma-informed, gender-responsive service, delivering the Parenting Our Children, Accessing Recovery (POCAR) programme and working with mothers, and potentially fathers involved with Social Care.

You will manage a caseload, deliver individual and group interventions, and collaborate with Children’s Social Care and partner agencies to achieve

Qualifications

• Experience with safeguarding procedures and child protection processes.
• Experience supporting people affected by substance use or complex needs.
• Knowledge of recovery approaches and trauma-informed practice.
