Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate, creative practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 and 2:1 learning support for children and young people with SEN, SEMH and complex needs in community settings, homes or online. You will design engaging, trauma-informed sessions outside traditional classrooms, with flexible daytime hours and a minimum of 3 days per week.

A driver with a UK licence, safeguarding experience, and the ability to build trusting relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates deep empathy, emotional intelligence, and natural adaptability.
• Proven understanding of trauma-informed practice, de-escalation, and safeguarding.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to obtain business car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised 1:1 and 2:1 sessions in community settings, homes, or online.
• Establish trusting relationships grounded in trauma-informed care and emotional regulation strategies.
• Monitor engagement, maintain case records, complete risk assessments, and report safeguarding details promptly.
• Collaborate with families, carers, regional teams and external specialists to align on goals.
