Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable young people and an understanding of trauma.
• Ability to write review reports and risk assessments.

• Relationship-based practice to positively engage children, young people and families.
• Liaise with parents and partner agencies to promote the best interests of young people.
• Take personal responsibility for responding, recording and reporting.
• Use a strengths-based approach to help young people identify and develop their strengths.
