Job summary

Almond Care Services in Leicestershire seeks an experienced Specialist Therapist to support children and adolescents in a specialist care service. The role involves trauma-informed and attachment-focused therapy, delivering clinical assessments, case formulations and care planning to promote emotional resilience.

The post is part-time (up to 24 hours/week) with a competitive hourly rate (£50-£55) pro rata, and includes travel expenses, leave, and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience working with children in clinical or residential settings.
• Qualified therapist with trauma-informed and attachment-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop case formulations.
• Contribute to therapeutic care planning and risk assessments.
• Deliver specialist clinical interventions informed by trauma and attachment models.
• Develop care plans and contribute to multimodal therapeutic interventions.
