Job summary

Keys Group is seeking an Assistant Psychologist to support therapeutic, trauma-informed practice across homes in the region, under supervision of qualified clinicians, using the Keys Connect model.

You’ll contribute to CPD and research, develop skills, and help shape high-quality care for children and teams while travelling to services within your region. The role involves working from home with travel and requires a psychology degree and driving license.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology or equivalent/related field.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience using IT systems and recording information appropriately.
• Experience working with care-experienced children and families.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment and therapeutic care of children and young people under supervision.
• Assist with psychometric assessments, outcomes, and resource development.
• Contribute to service development, multidisciplinary working, and communication with partner agencies.
• Engage in regular supervision, meetings, and professional development.
• Apply evidence-based practice and contribute to research activity where appropriate.
• Adhere to policies including safeguarding and confidentiality.
• Complete admin duties and travel as required.
