Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our expanding Rail Systems Engineering team. You will work within Telent's dedicated team responsible for maintaining the UK rail network, serving clients such as Transport for London, Network Rail, and various Train Operating Companies.

Reporting to the Lead Safety and Security Engineer, the Systems Engineer will oversee project upgrade works primarily across Network Rail, TFL, TFGM, and similar infrastructure. Your responsibilities include technical project delivery, survey, design, and technical aspects of SISS within a rail environment.

Typical Deliverables:

• Design, survey, and technical engineering experience within SISS.
• Lead on developing new product ideas and designing plans from conception to installation.
• Create detailed technical plans and solutions using scientific and mathematical skills.
• Material selection, cost forecasting, and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure quality control and oversee deployment phases.

Responsibilities:
