DHL Aviation is seeking a Transport Trainer to deliver mandatory training across DHL Hubs & Gateways, ensuring staff are qualified to operate safely. The role may involve travel within the UK and internationally to support training needs.
The ideal candidate has forklift operation experience, airside driving experience, and a relevant training delivery background, plus a UK driving licence. A 5‑year history and DBS checks will apply as part of the process.

The transport trainer is responsible for delivering mandatory training programmes to employees across DHL Hubs & Gateways, ensuring colleagues have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform their roles safely and effectively. The role focuses on delivering a range of transport, operational, equipment, and compliance-related training, while monitoring progress and providing coaching and support where required. Working closely with employees and stakeholders, the successful candidate will support colleague development, promote DHL's values, and ensure learning objectives are achieved through engaging and high-quality training delivery. There may also be opportunities to travel, both within the UK and internationally, to support wider DHL training requirements and personal development opportunities.
