We have exciting opportunities for Transport Team Managers to join our distribution centre in Bedford. Due to growth and organizational changes, we are seeking Transport Managers for a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Working hours: 6am - 6pm, 4 on 4 off.

Role responsibilities include:

1. Conduct driver pre-shift briefings and de-briefings.
2. Manage daily operations of drivers.
3. Handle R2C data entry and complete Scania grading/reports.
4. Conduct return-to-work meetings, 4/8/12-week reviews, and conduct/absence investigations.
5. Provide customer service support to retail teams as needed.
6. Liaise with DC teams and complete near-miss reporting.
7. Support the Transport Shift Manager when required.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Transport management experience.
• Knowledge of transport legislation.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Proactive attitude and passion for delivering excellent service.
