Brakes, part of Sysco, invites you to join as Transport Team Manager in Thetford. You will lead a shift of around 20 staff, ensuring transport standards, budgets and targets are met while coordinating with a multi-temperature warehouse.

Office-based with occasional site visits, you’ll monitor operations, cost budgets and personal development. Bring proven team leadership, data-driven improvements, and knowledge of DVLA regulations; CPC strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and driving performance.
• Uses data insights to improve department processes.
• Prioritises customer needs to deliver solutions.
• Understands DVLA regulations affecting drivers.
• Ability to drive change by influencing others.
• Strong multi-stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall success of your shift and manage a team of ~20.
• Ensure transport standards, budgets and targets are met.
• Monitor costs, cages and development within a multi-temp warehouse.
• Adjust plans based on changing information and inputs.
