Job Overview

We are hiring a new Driver Coordinator to join our team. At LKQ UK and Ireland, we pride ourselves on fast, flexible parts delivery, with around 45,000 SKUs per site and 95% same-day availability. Each branch receives three VOR deliveries daily, ensuring exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the efficient route planning of the delivery vehicles and ensure that stock is moved efficiently and safely
• Build relationships with internal customers to determine their requirements, manage expectations and achieve our service level agreements
• Live and breathe excellent customer service and support and coach our Drivers to do the same
• Ensure all business Health and Safety measures are followed and report on all accidents and near misses
• Motivate, lead and develop the team to excel in their current role and understand and support their aspirations
• Improve returns, credits and warranty processes thereby enhancing the customer experience
• Control and monitor costs, such as driver overtime, absence etc.
