Job summary

Winsearch is seeking a Transport Supervisor in Hull to support a busy transport operation. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate drivers and vehicles, and liaise with customers and internal teams to maintain service levels.

This permanent full-time role offers scope to drive efficiency and compliance across the operation. Ideal candidates will have transport planning or supervision experience, strong communication skills and proficiency with transport planning systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within transport planning, transport operations or transport supervision.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of transport compliance and driver management.
• Experience using transport planning systems and Microsoft Office.
• Transport Manager CPC qualification desirable, although applications are welcomed from candidates without CPC.

We are looking to appoint aTransport Supervisorto support the day-to-day running of a busy Hull transport operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Transport Planner, Senior Planner or Transport Supervisor looking to join a growing business where they can make a genuine impact and further develop their career.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
• Experience using transport planning systems and Microsoft Office
• Transport Manager CPC qualification desirable, although applications are welcomed from candidates without CPC who can demonstrate strong transport operational experience
