Job summary

Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking a Transport Strategy Officer to drive innovative walking and cycling initiatives across Port Talbot and the South West Wales region. You will develop and update plans, work hands-on with transport projects from concept to delivery, and help secure funding to unlock future schemes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 GCSEs including Maths and English at Grades A-C.
• BTEC Level 3 or equivalent in transport planning, engineering or environment.

About you:

We’re looking for curious minds and bold thinkers—minimum 7 GCSEs (including Maths and English at Grades A-C), plus a BTEC Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant field like transport planning, engineering, or environment.
