Booker is hiring a Transport Shift Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the shift within the Transport department, supported by the Transport Assistant Shift Manager. You will also support the Transport Manager and manage driver colleagues, ensuring smooth operations and strong service quality across the UK.

The role requires minimum 2 years in transport management, GCSE level or equivalent, strong communication, problem solving and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years experience in a transport management role.
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
• High confidentiality, accuracy and communication.
• Ability to lead an effective team and give feedback.
• Strong relationships across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Assistant Shift Managers and colleagues.
• Oversee day-to-day shift operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
