Schedule: Sat - Mon, 9am - 5pm (Flexibility required during peak season)

Part-time: 24 hours a week

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

We are seeking an experienced leader in transport operations to join our team as a Distribution Shift Manager at our Fresh Direct depot in Bicester, Oxfordshire, on a permanent basis. You will oversee shift operations, ensuring high standards of performance, compliance, and efficiency.

Your responsibilities include managing driver performance, maintaining legislative and company compliance, and leading initiatives to improve service levels. You will work closely with the Distribution Manager to develop and motivate a team of drivers and administrative colleagues, manage costs, and foster a positive work environment.

Priorities include health, safety, compliance, and customer service. The role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a significant impact daily.

Requirements include a solid understanding of transport legislation and operational requirements. A Management CPC qualification is preferred, or you should be an experienced leader working towards becoming a transport professional.
