Job summary

Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking a Transport Sales Executive for the Norfolk region. The role focuses on generating new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting transport and plant hire solutions.

You will report to the Managing Director and drive growth through high-quality service and strong client relationships. The position is full-time and permanent with a competitive salary (£38,000-£40,000) plus bonus, standard hours Monday to Friday and ongoing training for career

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
• Knowledge of the plant hire, transport, construction or equipment hire sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Transport Sales Executive

£38,000-£40,000 Basic + Bonus | Full-Time | Permanent | Norfolk

At Select Recruitment Specialists, we're delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected business within the plant hire and transport sector to recruit an experienced Transport Sales Executive.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing company that has built its reputation on exceptional customer service, reliability and long-term client relationships. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by winning new customers, developing existing accounts and promoting transport and plant hire solutions across the region.

The Role

As Transport Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business while managing and developing an existing customer base. You'll take a consultative approach, understanding customers' requirements and providing tailored solutions, ensuring a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion.

Working closely with the wider team, you'll help deliver an efficient, professional service while contributing to the continued success of the business.
