Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1600

Location: Stoke on Trent, ST4 4EX

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Supporting Transport Planners to deliver efficient and cost-effective plans.
• Liaising with Drivers and Customers.
• Creating and updating reports.
• Resolving delivery queries and issues.
• Keeping the Transport plan up to date.
• Performing ad hoc administrative duties.

This Role Would Suit People Who

• Have strong administrative and customer service skills.
• Possess transport experience (essential).
• Have transport office experience (advantageous).
• Have good UK geographical knowledge.
• Are IT proficient, with transport system knowledge highly desired.
