Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking an experienced Transport Refrigeration Engineer to join a close-knit team in the Sussex area. This role offers varied work, training opportunities and strong earning potential with a salary up to £50,000 per year.

You will install, service and repair transport refrigeration systems across vans and commercial vehicles, covering Sussex, Surrey and Kent, with a 1 in 4 on-call rota. A van with fuel card and private healthcare are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industry experience in transport refrigeration.
• F-gas Cat 1 certification.
• NVQ / City & Guilds in relevant field.
• Experience with Carrier, Thermo King, Zanotti, Hubbard or Webasto systems.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing transport refrigeration systems.
• Working on systems from small vans to HGV lorries.
• Transport refrigeration systems - Carrier, Thermo King, Zanotti.
• 1 in 4 call-out rota.
• Cover Sussex, Surrey, and Kent.
• 80% of work across Sussex.

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Transport Refrigeration Engineer to join a close family run team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work with training opportunities and great earning potential.
