Pertemps Birmingham Commercial is seeking a motivated Transport Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Birmingham team. You will build and manage relationships with transport clients, source and interview candidates, and drive new business with a commercially focused approach in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport recruitment or sales environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop new business and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with transport clients.
• Talk to decision makers and influence outcomes.
• Develop new business opportunities through telesales, networking and meetings.
• Source, interview and select suitable candidates for transport vacancies.
• Manage a high-volume pool of drivers and transport professionals.
