Job summary

Civica is seeking a Product Manager for Transport to define strategic product vision and roadmaps that align with our GovTech mission. You will lead other product managers and collaborate with design, research, engineering and commercial teams while guiding lifecycle management of your product.

You will work on developing launch plans, prioritising customer needs, and delivering data-driven decisions to improve safety, efficiency and compliance in transport operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience in a modern software or product-led organisation.
• Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities and solve complex product-related issues.
• Ability to navigate product lifecycle management across multiple teams and regions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders, including executives and customers.
• Experience building and executing product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to define and refine the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams to deliver successful product development and launches.
• Lead customer interviews, surveys, and market research to gather feedback informing product decisions and prioritise requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Plan and execute product launches with marketing for positioning and messaging.
• Analyse data to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
