Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven Technical Product Manager in a modern software organisation.
• Ability to create and manage backlogs with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong prioritisation based on customer needs, business goals and feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and scalability.
• Manage product backlogs and refine requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to prioritise work.
• Triaging and resolving product issues with engineering and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery.
• Make trade-off decisions when priorities conflict or resources are limited.
• Work with engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and customer success for successful development.
• Analyse data and metrics to inform decisions and identify improvements.
• Promote knowledge sharing and robust product documentation.
