Manpower UK is seeking a hands-on transport planning support assistant in Chepstow to help keep daily operations running smoothly. Working a rotating shift 06:00-15:00 and 11:00-20:00, you will assist with planning, customer communications, claims handling and general admin to support the transport team.

This temporary role offers the potential to become permanent based on performance, in a busy logistics environment that rewards organisation, clear communication and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a transport or logistics environment is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workloads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the transport planning team with daily operations.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage and resolve transport-related claims.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the department.
