Job summary

Culina Group Limited in Banbury is seeking a Transport Planner on a full-time permanent basis. You will oversee the day-to-day planning of the transport operation in a busy department and provide cost-effective solutions to customers.

The role demands strong problem‑solving, analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Salary up to £35,000; Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm; salary sacrifice car scheme and wellbeing benefits.

Responsibilities

• Subcontracting and planning orders from multiple warehouse facilities and sites in the UK.
• Plan daily workload for a fleet based on and off site.
• Handle queries by telephone, fax and email from customers, sub-contract hauliers and warehousing sites.
• Coordinate with Traffic and Administration teams to maintain high performance standards.
• Create and update spreadsheets and databases for customer reports.
