Proximo Holdings Limited in Airdrie/Glasgow is seeking a Transport Planner to manage daily operations for replacement hire vehicles. You will coordinate driver schedules, liaise with branch networks, and handle vehicle deliveries and collections with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to organise and coordinate transport operations.
• Strong communication with branch network and drivers.
• Ability to input and maintain driver hours and costs accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with arranging the delivery of replacement hire vehicles to customers.
• Liaise with the branch network to secure suitable vehicles for customers.
• Arrange collections of clients' hire vehicles.
• Report issues regarding collections to Head Office.
• Check and input driver hours, agency driver hours, expenses and fuel costs daily.
• Update client files in the bespoke system and record vehicle damages.
