Rise Technical Recruitment is looking for a Transport Planner / Administrator to join our expanding transport and logistics team. The role will involve planning routes, coordinating drivers, and ensuring smooth deliveries while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a transport, logistics or planning role.
• Knowledge of transport compliance and tachograph regulations would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily vehicle routes and driver allocations.
• Liaise with drivers and customers to plan deliveries.
• Maintain transport records, delivery paperwork and compliance documentation.
• Assist with driver hours, tachograph and transport compliance administration.
• Support fleet maintenance scheduling, MOTs and servicing requirements.
• General transport office administration duties.
