Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a delivery support coordinator to be the first point of contact for delivery issues, chase failures and coordinate inbound/outbound calls, ensuring drivers have the correct information.

You will work as part of a team to reduce downtime, update systems and maintain strong telephone rapport with customers and contractors. A highly competitive salary plus a performance bonus and opportunities to develop skills are on offer.

• Deal with inbound and outbound calls
• Running your own trucks making sure drivers have the correct information
• Update relevant systems and ensure drivers have correct pins
• Working as part of a team to reduce company downtime
• Develop a strong relationship and good rapport over the telephone with customers and contractors
