Job summary

365 People is seeking a proactive Transport Operator to join our busy transport operation in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will support day-to-day running, communicate with drivers and help ensure operations run smoothly.

Ideally you have transport or logistics experience, but attitude, organisation and a willingness to learn are equally important. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a salary around £28,000 and training opportunities.

We're looking for a proactive Transport Operator to join a growing logistics business supporting a major national retail contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with transport or logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with drivers and ensuring transport operations run smoothly.

Previous transport experience would be advantageous, however attitude, organisation and a willingness to learn are equally important.

Working Hours

• Monday-Friday rotating shifts between 06:00 and 18:00.


• Based on any 5 days from 7 during peak periods.


• Weekend overtime available when required.


• Participation in an on-call rota (January-September)
