Culina Group, a leading UK supply chain partner, invites applications for an Operations Manager in our Transport Logistics division. You will oversee daily activities, lead a team, and report to the General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00. You will develop staff, monitor compliance with health and safety and data protection policies, and drive continuous improvements in productivity and cost control.

Qualifications

• Ability to motivate, manage and lead a team.
• Ability to question, challenge and improve existing processes.
• Establish effective working relationships across sites.
• Relevant industry experience.
• Be able to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise with a calm and flexible approach.
• Enthusiasm to learn and to progress through experience and training.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee, manage and monitor the daily activities of the team within your area.
• Develop, train and support your team to meet the high standard expected.
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Analyse operations to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with other teams to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Lead by example with emphasis on health and safety.
• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly reporting, planning and targets.
