• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, booking and delivery records.
• Liaise with drivers and planners to communicate instructions, obtain updates and resolve issues.
• Gather and report customer feedback to help improve the customer experience.
• Follow company policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Track collections and deliveries against agreed schedules.
