Job summary

Extrastaff is seeking a Transport Manager / Trade Planner in Epping. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, at £14.00–£15.00 per hour, with immediate start and opportunities for ongoing roles. The role focuses on transport compliance, driver management and payroll processes within a busy logistics team.

Responsibilities include planning routes, liaising with agencies, inductions and training, plus ensuring accuracy of payroll information. CPC qualification is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Transport manager CPC or be working towards obtaining.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage transport compliance requirements.
• Monitor tachograph reports, WTF reports and missing mileage using convey.
• Book and organise driver training.
• Plan and re-route collections.
• Liaise with agencies to source drivers and transport staff.
• Conduct new starter inductions.
• Manage vehicle Damage reports.
• Process and check transport Payroll information.
