Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to lead a busy, Costa site-based operation in Wellingborough. You will manage a transport team, ensuring safety, compliance and excellent service while building strong relationships with Costa and site stakeholders.

The role is full-time, with standard hours 09:00–17:00 and some flexibility, offering a salary up to £60,000 plus an extensive benefits package and 25 days annual leave.

Qualifications

• Full International CPC qualification required.
• Experience leading transport in a fast-paced logistics operation.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, budgets and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day transport, ensuring service, safety and compliance targets are achieved.
• Manage and develop your team, setting clear objectives and driving high performance.
• Monitor transport KPIs, budgets and cost, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with Costa and site stakeholders to deliver outstanding service.
• Drive continuous improvement across the operation with a focus on health and safety.
