GXO is currently seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Transport First Line Manager to join the BT contract atour Haydock site. You will experience a blend of first line operational tasks and hands‑on project involvement, and you’ll take pride in building a motivated, engaged team and creating a culture where people feel supported, valued, and able to perform at their best.
The role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work Monday-Friday, 10:00 – 18:00, although some flexibility may be required during peak times to cover colleagues on annual leave (including occasional night shift cover) – this is logistics after all!
