Qualifications

• International CPC Holder (essential).
• Extensive experience managing HGV and commercial vehicle fleets.
• Detailed understanding of DVSA regulations and Operator Licence requirements.
• Proven leadership and people management capability.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness with budget management experience.
• Full UK driving licence; HGV entitlement advantageous.
• Experience of delivering change and operational improvements.
