Job Details:

• Location: Lancaster
• Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

Responsibilities:

1. Lead daily haulage operations ensuring compliance with legal, industry, and health & safety standards.
2. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including drivers and transport office staff.
3. Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring consistent service and proactive communication.
4. Manage P&L, aligning resource planning with operational and financial goals.
5. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
6. Ensure adherence to DVSA guidelines, O-Licence conditions, tachograph regulations, and working time directives.
