Job Title: Transport Manager
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

Responsibilities:

1. Lead daily haulage operations, ensuring compliance with legal, industry, and health & safety standards.
2. Provide leadership to site teams, including drivers and transport office staff.
3. Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring service quality and proactive communication.
4. Manage P&L responsibilities, aligning resources with operational and financial goals.
5. Develop a high-performance team culture through mentoring and leadership.
6. Ensure compliance with DVSA guidelines, O-Licence conditions, tachograph use, and working time directives.

Candidate Profile:
