Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, operating model design, or organisational design in transport-related work.
• Experience shaping business strategy and organisational structures.
• Understanding value for customers/users and applying data-driven analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CAA, ORR) is desirable.
• Awareness of decarbonisation and smart mobility trends.

• Help design strategies, operating structures and solutions for client challenges.
• Deliver projects across strategic design, business analysis and organisational design.
• Work in blended client teams and present recommendations to stakeholders.
