Job summary

PA Consulting in the UK is seeking a Consultant to work with energy, utilities and transport clients to design strategies, operating models and governance frameworks. You will lead blended teams, apply design thinking, and present insights to client leadership.

Working with diverse experts across PA, you will tackle complex challenges from capital programmes to asset management, while developing your consulting career through a structured learning pathway and meaningful client impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in strategy design and organisational design.
• Experience delivering within or for transport sector organisations.
• Ability to apply design thinking to complex client challenges.
• Strong communication and ability to present to C-suite level.
• Analytical and collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Design strategies, operating models and governance frameworks for transport and energy clients.
• Lead blended teams and workstreams, collaborating with PA experts.
