Transport Industry Lead (Senior Customer Success Manager)

Location: Home based

Salary: Starting from £65k + c. 20% annual bonus + car allowance

This is a senior role in our business where your people and consultative skills are most important (we are happy to have people apply who don’t have direct sales or GIS experience).

What you’ll do

  • Build community across your industry (e.g. lead and present at conferences and forums)
  • Understand industry goals and challenges through business analysis
  • Lead and inspire the industry on how geography can help their business
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver value and drive customer success
  • Be a recognised expert for one or more industries (Road, Rail, Public Transit, Ports and Airports)
  • Deputise for the Head of Transport within the organisation and with customers, alongside supporting the practice strategy
  • Ongoing coaching of one or more Customer Success Managers and participation in the recruitment and selection of new members
  • Experienced jobholders at this level may also undertake some day-to-day line management responsibilities for colleagues

  • Passionate about GIS and its real-world applications.
  • Experienced in applying technology in a professional setting (sorry, this role is not suitable for recent graduates without work experience)
  • A confident communicator, able to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Are naturally curious, self-motivated with strong consultative / business analysis skills
  • Want to make an impact by helping some of the largest infrastructure organisations in the country solve business challenges with geospatial
